What is a system?
A system is a group of parts that work together to accomplish something automatically and repeatedly. A traffic light is a system. A vending machine is a system. Neither requires a person to stand there and make it work every time.
A business system works the same way. When a customer fills out a contact form, a well-built system creates the record, sends a confirmation email, notifies the right salesperson, and schedules a follow-up, all without anyone doing each step. That is what The North builds: systems that make businesses run automatically, so the people at those companies can focus on the work that actually requires a human.
