These three platforms are designed to work together, and understanding how they connect is as important as understanding each one individually.

Before reading any of the process pages below, make sure you have completed the New Account Manager track through Module 12. The processes described here assume you understand the services, the sequencing logic, the ICP categories, and the stakeholder profiles. If you have not completed the track, do that first.
